Omnisend

Omnisend is an e-commerce email platform with omnichannel marketing features. Per the FAQ on its own pricing page, all paid features are included on every tier — plans differ by volume, not capability. omnisend.com served the platform homepage directly when we verified it in August 2026.

At the 501–1,000-contact step, Standard costs $20/month with 12,000 emails included, billed monthly (the page's default "3 months upfront" discount was disabled for capture, and no annual billing exists). The free plan covers 250 contacts and 500 emails per month. Pricing checked 19 August 2026. The price climbs faster than most rivals as lists grow: Standard costs $20/month at 1,000 contacts but $413/month at 50,000 contacts, moving Omnisend from second-cheapest to above the category median (multi-volume capture, 21 August 2026).

Deliverability: not yet tested. We publish placement numbers only after running our own seed-list cycle — the method is on the how we test page — and tested services appear in the email deliverability ranking.

What others say about deliverability

  • Contrasts Omnisend's self-reported 97% deliverability (0.3% bounce, 0.03% spam-complaint rate) with EmailTooltester's independently measured 75.1% inbox placement — below the ~85% industry average — and notes the platform lacks built-in inbox-placement diagnostics that Klaviyo offers.

  • Independent review flags structural deliverability limitations: shared-IP-only infrastructure (no dedicated IPs at any tier, so sender reputation is partly shaped by other Omnisend users), no inbox-placement or domain-reputation reporting on any plan, no list screening at import, and deliverability-analyst support gated behind $400+/mo accounts.

  • SaaS Scored — Omnisend reviewReview site1 March 2026

Citing EmailTooltester testing, reports Omnisend at 75.1% overall deliverability (bottom third of platforms) with a critical 38.7% inbox rate at Microsoft/Outlook vs 94% at Gmail and 100% at Yahoo/AOL, and calls its 67.6%-87.9% variance across test rounds one of the most inconsistent results measured.
